Emotionally Cracked and Broken

Work at building a supportive community. Being around caring folks and surrounding yourself with Like-Minded individuals is not only key, but absolutely vital!

This is not an easy journey, but it is crucial for personal self-renewal. Surrounding yourself with compatible individuals who share your goals and values can have a profound impact on your personal growth journey. Each of those personalities may not fully understand your aspirations and challenges, but many will. Even the ones who do not initially click with you will have an ability to be good support in time.

Compassionate people provide a safe space for you and me to express ourselves. We learn there. Along the way, you will notice that you can be and have been a source of help for another and suddenly, you will find that you are beginning to feel whole again.

Whether it’s friends, family, or associates, having a support system that encourages and uplifts you can make all the difference in you being one with others, without feeling distant and alone.

Be careful not to get complacent and lazy in this environment. While you are building this support, it’s important to seek out positive influences in your life. Hedge yourself with people who inspire you and bring out the best in you.

Have fun!

Look for individuals who radiate positivity, offer constructive feedback, and genuinely care about your well-being. Their presence can help you stay motivated, navigate challenges, and provide valuable insights and perspectives.

Engage in meaningful conversations. Make them. Find them. Forge them. GOD did not create you to be a “fly” and just hangout on the wall. Being trustworthy and intentionally open involves engaging in meaningful conversations with others.

Take the time to connect with some same-minded individuals on a deeper level. Share your hopes, aspirations, and challenges with them, and listen attentively to their experiences as well. These conversations can provide valuable insights, advice, and support, fostering personal growth and self-renewal.

Don’t expect them to agree with all you say and believe. It will be okay. It’s okay to not be okay. …just don’t make and take the excuse to remain there and then blame everyone else for your situation and attitude.

Hurt follows us all! Joy is a choice that requires us to select it at every single opportunity.

Developing in a group of sympathetic people also means working together and sharing experiences with those folks.

We can all share ideas while learning from each other’s experiences. In doing so, we gain new perspectives, and accelerate our personal self-renewal journey.

Be a loyal factor of the ones you are spending precious time with.  It’s important to not only receive support but also to give support. Be a cheerleader for your community and offer a helping hand when needed. By being helpful, you contribute to the growth and well-being of others.

If we are looking for and hoping to build strong relationships, that environment stands to be a vibrant element of personal self-renewal.

Surrounding yourself with genuine people who you connect with matters. In time, you will see and recognize the newer you and soon, you will soon be ready to be one of the fundamental pieces to help the next person who is longing for a supportive community too.

Can you be a guiding light and source of inspiration for another wounded soul in need of restoration? You betcha!
