Godly Men, Where Are You?

If you are a man of courage and faithfulness, the LORD is searching for you.

If you are willing to stand AGAINST unrighteousness, but quest FOR His Truth, ADONAI is searching for you.

Godly men are vital for the well-being of marriages, families, and all of society as a whole. The world is clamoring to see men as leaders, warriors and protectors.

When men are seen as leaders, protectors and providers, they are perceived to be fulfilling the roles that contribute to a stable and healthy environment for everyone.

Men that faithfully obey and serve Almighty GOD embody qualities like honor, courage, compassion, and integrity. All of these characteristics are essential for the transformation of mankind and the expansion of the kingdom of Elyon, Lord Most High.

"I searched for a man among them who would build up a wall and stand in the gap before Me for the land, so that I would not destroy it; but I found no one" --Eze 22:30

That is no ordinary phrase. It is the Truth that is rooted deeply in the character of the prophets of old…to include Jesus!

"I" am struggling to see a persistent showing of men who those words define. Sadly, this includes me. It was and is, still the same problem that GOD shared in all of the Scripture's text. Will we be found willing and faithfully obedient?

I will share a few more Scriptures later on. Stay with me and pray as you read this.

We men MUST understand and know that our Sovereign GOD is continually in search of righteous individuals, and the fact that He often finds few, if any, who truly fulfill His expectations is rather scary!

If you recall, Ezekiel 22:30 told us that “the Father seeks someone (men) to build up the wall and stand in the gap before Him”, meaning someone who would intercede and plead (and go to battle) for the nation's salvation.

Sadly, He declared, "...but I found none.".

Abba describes "godly men" as having characteristics like leading, speaking up against sin, standing firm in faith, maintaining humility, and seeking GOD's kingdom first and foremost. These men are also encouraged to act with holiness, love, and integrity.

Here are some of those Scriptures I promised earlier:

> 1 Corinthians 15:58

A godly man has characteristics that many may consider strange for a “man's man”.

> Isaiah 65:8
> Jeremiah 5:1
> Ezekiel 13:5
> Psalms 106:23

The Word of the LORD is very clear that a faithful man is someone who consistently demonstrates loyalty, trustworthiness, bravery and undaunted commitment to GOD's Commandments. This very same work is actively and consistently seen in His Son, Yeshua (Jesus).

> Isaiah 59:16
> Isaiah 63:5
> Jeremiah 15:1

This can't be stated too often, "a faithful man is reliable, and dependable, BOTH in his words and his actions."

> He prioritizes GOD''s will and follows His teachings, even when it's difficult.

> A faithful man is transparent in his integrity and consistently obeys GOD's leadings.

> He endures hardship and continues to follow GOD even when facing challenges.

> A faithful man demonstrates love for his wife, family, and others, serving them with humility and selflessness.

> A faithful man speaks the Truth of the Father, encourages others to follow His Son, and is a good example of his Biblical faithfulness.

The Bible lists many men who were faithful until death. The LORD is searching for a man He can trust to do the tough and faithful work.

Will He find us in His search?
